White Mocha Extensions maintains a very high level of quality assurance. Customer service and your happiness is our #1 goal. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected at our factories before shipping. Our primary focus is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may only be exchanged under the following conditions:
Requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Any exchange request after 7 calendar days will not be honored.
We will not accept any merchandise that has been tampered with or altered in any fashion (brushed, combed, picked, cut, dyed, removed from the weft or processed). According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. The item must be returned in its original form with all packaging in resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. If the item is not in the same condition in which it was shipped from our factory, ALL EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS will be null and void.
Product must be exchanged for something of equal or lesser value. No refunds will be permitted.
You must send the product back to us in order to process the exchange. Prior to sending back the product you must contact us to discuss the reason for the return and to determine the condition of the item. In order to process and exchange the unwanted product it would need to be sent back using our pre-addressed labels that we will provide. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or lesser value.
When an order is placed we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of the items ordered. Shipping is calculated based on the amount of items purchased (1-5 items =$27, 6-10 items = $32, etc). For bulk orders please contact us.

Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Orders require 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships depending on its destination. Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received. Depending on the items ordered your shipment may come from our location in the United States or one of our factories in India or China. Your tracking info will be provided after your order has been shipped.
