There are no exceptions to the information written below whether documents are signed by our company in a purchase transaction or not. As this is OUR website we reserve the right to make changes to the site, policies, terms, and conditions at any given time. We collect information only necessary to complete a transaction and to better serve you. The information collected will be encrypted for your protection using IT Security best practices. We will not disclose any information to anyone unless it is for legal reasons and absolutely necessary.

Multiple Product Orders
For an order containing multiple products, we will make every attempt to ensure that all products within that order will be shipped at the same time. You will be notified as to when your products are shipped. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products that are currently available and ready to be shipped out to you (plus shipping charges). You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Hair Quality & Color
Virgin human hair is unique being that each bundle of hair will come from a different donor. This is certainly a benefit to you as no one will have the same exact bundle of beauty that you have purchased making your extensions very exclusive. The picture shown on our site is to give you an idea of what the product will look like. There will be a slight variation between the picture and the product you receive. The hair comes in all natural shades (Black, A Lighter Black, Dark Brown, Brown with natural highlights). If you choose to color your hair it will hold the color just as if you were dying your own hair. We recommend seeking a professional stylist for the best possible outcome. We will not provide a refund if you are dissatisfied with the texture or color of the hair.
Our business hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm & Friday 10 am to 4:00PM EST. Any order submitted after 4:00 pm on Friday may be processed that day or it may be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected at checkout. We will make every effort to have orders submitted and processed as quickly as possible because we know how important it is to always be beautiful.
If a product is not available it will be shown as “sold out” or “out of stock” on our site. If you order a product and inventory runs out before your order is shipped you will be notified. You will have the option to receive a refund in full or wait until the product is restocked. If you still desire to have the product you can send us an email with the product you want and once the product becomes available you will be contacted. Products and prices are subject to change without notice. You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipping.
If you have tracked your package and it shows delivered but you did not receive it contact us and the shipper to find the discrepancy. We will initiate an investigation with the shipper to find out what has happened. It may take 10 or more business days to solve the investigation. Depending on the investigation another package will be resent. There will be no refunds no matter the outcome of the investigation.
